Excellent Family Experience at Parkroyal Penang Resort Our recent stay at Parkroyal Penang Resort was truly enjoyable and memorable. From the moment we arrived, every staff member — from the parking guards and bellmen to the café, restaurant, pool, and housekeeping teams — was genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Ms. Elita and Ms. Hema for their warm hospitality during check-in and clear explanation about the resort facilities. Appreciation also to Ku Irham, who patiently showed us several room options and helped us choose the most suitable one for our family. The view from our room was lovely — I could watch my child playing in the pool below and still enjoy a nice beach view. Grateful to Mr. Alfizan, the bellman, for his kind help with our luggage, and to the Chinese housekeeping lady (Level 2 near the kids’ pool) for her thoughtful reminder to keep our balcony door closed when monkeys were around — such great attention to detail! We also truly appreciated the complimentary birthday cake for my wife. It was a wonderful gesture that made our stay extra special. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, room was clean and cool, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxing and family-friendly. Highly recommended for families looking for a warm and welcoming beach resort in Penang. We’ll definitely come back again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Penang! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the entire team—from the front desk to housekeeping was professional, warm, and attentive. I surprised my husband with a birthday treat during our stay, and the hotel team made it extra special by sending the birthday surprise after we returned from the pool, which was such a thoughtful touch. My husband also planned to surprise me for our anniversary, and although the swan decoration on the bed was set up after we arrived, I truly appreciated the effort it was romantic and made the moment unforgettable. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious great variety, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. The dining experience at Cinnamon Restaurant was made even better by the warm hospitality from Nadia, Hidayah, and the entire team. Special thanks to Zeyati, our room service staff, for her kindness and attention to detail, and to the bellman who helped us with our bags so efficiently. A big shoutout to the two amazing crew members at the Kids Club (sorry forget their name but i have picture of them) they were so attentive and caring with the children. My kids absolutely loved them, and their warmth made a big difference in our stay. We truly appreciate their effort and energy! The room was clean and spacious, the facilities were top-notch, and the beach access was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hospitality shown by the crew and team was beyond expectations. Everything was excellent, and I truly appreciate the care and attention from everyone at PARKROYAL Penang. We’ll definitely come back again! 酒店比較偏遠，但係酒店附近都有好多餐廳，酒店附近有間Family Mark 入面有間BoraBora @Ferringhi餐廳有表演睇👍🏻酒店附近有啲餐廳食飯好貴（仲要唔好食），要格下價（做一下攻略）🤭 酒店房間乾淨整齊，空間夠大，好舒適，酒店有泳池，一出就有沙灘，還有Spa同埋Cafe，酒吧等…可以全日都留係酒店！酒店有包早餐，早餐款式都幾多，偏向印度式，娘惹菜反而較少，早餐時間6:30-10:30，9:00後時段會比較多人，整體來說酒店性價比高👍🏻

Everything is fine. The staff are friendly. However, check in took me 20mins although just one guest in front of me while checking in. Breakfast has lot of variety and offered fresh watermelon , celery or cucumber juice. The housekeeping is so nice which gave us lot of water bottles. Overall, worth to spend your time over here.

1、劃重點：“豪華海景雙床房”，是完完全全看不見一點點海的。 2、沙灘比較粗糙，海水比較渾濁，日落沒有沙巴的好，把周圍沿著海岸線的幾個酒店都看了一下，（硬石、孤松、沙洋）建議訂的時候著重看價格，如果不是帶小朋友就沒必要選這家了。 3、隔音不好，隔壁房間吹風機的聲音就像在耳邊，蘋果手機的鬧鐘聲都聽的清清楚楚。 4、早餐非常豐盛，中式、西式、印度餐都有，尤其是各種麵包和西點的品質都比較高，從6點半就開始供餐了。 5、園景非常漂亮，有兩個泳池，可以在池邊的躺椅上直接躺平思考人生。

打著華人優選旗號，卻處處透露著對中國大陸遊客的qi shi。備註了不要尾房，卻在大堂等待40分鐘後偏偏安排了234尾房。找前台argue最後安排了215，怎麼著？把你安排在倒數第二間的員工房旁邊。東南亞酒店行業對於中國大陸遊客的qishi亂象已經非常嚴重。包括這家park royal甚至其他某豪某際在內往往會在同一標準上把歐美人安排在視野最好房型最好的高層，其次亞洲的韓國日本，以及本地人；中國大陸遊客往往會故意安排在低樓層已經較偏位置的房間。不要跟我槓，槓就是你們******。

An amazing, luxurious hotel in an excellent beach location! Lots of places to eat and drink along the beach, and great food offered in the hotel too. Room was very clean with everything we needed, including super soft bathrobes. We loved the pool and access to the beach, and service was great everywhere! Hope we can come back soon!

最嚴重的問題是，訂的是海景房，實際大部分視線都被擋住，尤其擋住的還是西側，來這裡海灘不就是為了看落日的麼，等於完全看不到。其他問題， 1，鏡子正對床 2，拖鞋跟紙一樣薄 3，早飯難吃 4，房間設施陳舊、磨損厲害 5，空調完全不給力總結甚至不夠國內三星級酒店

Hope this video will help volss yang mana pergi Park Royal Penang 👍 We get welcome drink,nice lobby complementary birthday cake &ballon Variety Breakfast Food from other hotel Big Pool for kids& adult Nice Beach view Near feringghi bay = 24 hours gym, they provide apple & minerals too Soft bed 👎🏻 Late checking 1 hours but they give us free drink as per attach pic they dont have so much amenity kit in the room slippery too thin for 5 str hotel, angsana & golden sand have better slippery. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff in reception counter, however security guard we saw on the day of discharge is polite, buffet breakfast is terrible, restaurant is dirty and water on the floor everywhere, choices of foods are limited and tasteless, and most of the things not available, staff even lead us to a dirty table and rainfall dripping, showing black face then walk away and ignore us when we call, but smiley to the Caucasian client, overall restaurant and customer service are very poor, garden area with swings are great.
